This policy explains what information Plomberie Petra Test collects when you visit vulcain-test-purchase-2026.xyz, create a customer account, book a session or accept our texts and emails, and what we do with it.
Plomberie Petra Test is responsible for your personal information. The website and booking area are technically operated by Neantia on behalf of Plomberie Petra Test: Neantia hosts and runs the platform and never uses your information for its own purposes.
To book, you create an account with your email, a username and a password. The password is stored hashed: nobody, not even us, can read it.
When you sign in, a session stays open on your device for up to 60 days so you do not have to sign in on every visit. You can sign out at any time; on a shared device, please do.
Your booking profile may include health information (injuries, pregnancy, particular conditions) that you choose to give us so that sessions are adapted to you. This is sensitive information: you provide it freely, with your informed consent, when you fill in your profile, and you can change or remove it whenever you want.
Only Plomberie Petra Test and the people who teach the sessions can access it, to prepare and adapt your training. Neantia hosts it encrypted and only looks at it for a necessary technical intervention. It is never sold or shared.
It is kept for as long as you are a customer of Plomberie Petra Test, then deleted within twelve months after your account is closed, or sooner if you ask.
If you tick the box provided (unticked by default), Plomberie Petra Test texts you booking confirmations, a reminder the day before and a notice when a spot opens on your waiting list. A few messages a week at most, depending on your bookings. No advertising.
Reply STOP to any text to receive nothing more, START to resume and HELP for help. Message and data rates from your plan may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered texts. Your number and your consent are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
We email you the confirmations, reminders and notices related to your bookings and your account. If you accept our news, every mailing contains an unsubscribe link; you can also write to us. Service emails (confirmation of a booking you made) continue as long as you have an account.
The site uses strictly necessary cookies: your session and your language. No advertising cookie is set without your agreement.
The site currently contains no third-party advertising pixel. If one were added, this page would say so.
We keep your information while your account is active and for as long as the law requires for our records (billing, consents). To view, correct, export or delete your information, write to [email protected]: we answer within 30 days.
To run, the service relies on Neantia (platform and hosting) and on technical providers for sending emails, texts and, where offered, online payment. Each receives only what it needs and can do nothing else with it.
You can access your information, correct it, withdraw a consent (texts, emails, health profile) and ask for its deletion. If you believe your rights are not respected, you can contact the personal-information protection authority of your territory.
